Jumpstarter BodyFuel Bars are stirred by hand with spatulas and 4 foot long oars! Hand mixing is a lot of work but this makes a big difference in the texture and taste. It also separates our bars from the rest of the bars on the market. Linda Ikeda found that mechanical mixers turn the ingredients into a pulp like cookies. Most energy bars on the market are mechanically processed, but Jumpstarter BodyFuel bars are gently hand stirred.
