Orders & Payment

Placing Orders
You may place orders at any time using our shopping cart online. Simply click “Add to Cart” next to any item you want to purchase and it will be placed in your cart. Click the “Checkout” link to complete your order. If you have any troubles or prefer to order by phone, feel free to call us at the Bike Shop – 805.641.3968.

Payment Methods
Right now, we use Paypal as our online credit card processor. You can pay with any credit card when placing an order online. You do not have to have a Paypal account. Click “continue checkout” when you get to the Paypal checkout and you can enter your credit card information. When calling over the phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Order Confirmation
If you place your order online, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you call to place an order and you provide an email address, we will send you an email as soon as we’re able to process your information. If you do not provide an email address, we will process your order and will pack your confirmation with the shipment.

Order Changes
Once we’ve begun to process your order it may be difficult to add or remove items. If you want to add items, simply place another order. If you need to cancel or otherwise change your order, give us a call at the Shop (805.641.3968) or email us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Backorders
We never want to have coffee sitting around long enough to loose it’s fresh taste, so we call for roasting frequently. This means we’ll sometimes run out of a coffee bean. However, if your coffee is placed on backorder, it is only a delay of a few days before we get some more. We will ship to you what we have in stock and if anything is placed on backorder, we will ship it out as soon as possible at no additional charge.

Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We do the best we can to keep shipping costs low.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the weight of items being ordered. You can get a shipping estimate prior to checking out by entering your zip code into the shipping calculator.

We currently offer shipping anywhere in the United States.

Privacy Policy

Information that is gathered from visitors
We use Google Analytics to keep tabs on our growth and progress. The analytics tracks IP addresses, browser types, referring pages. This information is used only by us to see how we’re doing. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

When registration is required, the information is stored in our local database and we do not share this info with any third parties. We will only send required information to payment gateways in order to complete the transaction. Email addresses will never be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. We may send you emails to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

Visitor Options
If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in email that you receive.

You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.
